My therapeutic approach blends talk therapy with various techniques to offer a holistic perspective. I use empathetic accountability to help clients practice self-care in all areas of life—social, emotional, cognitive, and spiritual.

I guide clients as they navigate cultural, spiritual, familial, and community identities and adapt to life’s changes.

With expertise in Diversity, Equity, Inclusion, and Belonging (DEIB), I help clients understand cultural dynamics, biases, and societal norms.

I have experience working with adolescents and adults dealing with trauma, relationship boundaries, and mood/anxiety disorders. I also support special needs individuals by building on their strengths and fostering resilience.

I facilitate couples, parent-child, and family sessions based on the needs of each client.

As your partner in self-exploration, I’ll walk with you as you discover the healthiest, most confident version of yourself.

The Grief Recovery Method® is the only scientifically tested evidence-based program that provides people experiencing grief with a method to support healing from loss(es). The Grief Recovery Method® helps free you from the pain of grief and access the joy of life after a loss.

At every step, the griever is respected, listened to, and heard without judgment or analysis and is supported in identifying and giving voice to the array of emotions that accompany the full extent of the loss.

Once the GRM process is completed for one loss, it can be used repeatedly to address other past losses and help quickly address new losses.
